4. SMS Text Messaging Terms

SMS Terms & Conditions

If you have opted in to receive SMS communications from EM Lending LLC, the following terms govern that program:

Program Description: EM Lending LLC may send recurring marketing and promotional SMS/MMS messages using an automated telephone dialing system (ATDS), including offers, updates, and information about our financial products and services.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies; you may receive up to 4 messages per month.
Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details on your plan's messaging rates.
Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any SMS message to cancel. You will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent to that number.

Consent is NOT a condition of purchase. You are not required to consent to receive SMS messages as a condition of applying for or receiving any product or service from EM Lending LLC.
